SERIJA DŽUNGLA – GGJS 1021

Jungle  Series is made up of platforms in three different geometries, triangular, square and pentagonal, with different levels of difficulty, designed to develop the motor skills of children aged 2-12 and to reveal their competitive side.
This series, based on the concept of the earth and the jungle, consists of rope bridges and climbing frames in different geometric shapes and chrome slides at different heights.

HPL material

HPL plošče (visokotlačni laminat) se pogosto uporabljajo na igriščih zaradi svoje vzdržljivosti in odpornosti na zunanje razmere. Izdelane pod visokim tlakom in temperaturo, so odporne na praske, udarce, vlago in UV-žarke, zaradi česar so idealne za intenzivno uporabljane zunanje površine, kot so otroška igrišča. S pisanimi in vzorčastimi površinami ponujajo estetsko privlačnost in dolgotrajno učinkovitost.

Enodelne krogle iz litega aluminija z
antikorozijsko obdelavo so nameščene na stičiščih. Te krogle so zasnovane z integriranim ležiščem za priključne cevi.

3 – Layer Coating

Metal parts are comprised of ST 37 Steel with a
3-step metal finish. Sandblasting and solvent-free
zinc primer coating and electrostatic powder
paint application is inherently corrosion resistant
under extreme weather conditions and UV.

aluminum cast connectors

Single-casing aluminum cast connectors are compressed with 300 tons to avoid moving and premature wear. “E (end stop) connector’’ is shapely
and pleasant to grip with no sharp angles or
edges. These connectors are fastened to main
frame either to welded flanges on main frame or
with “C” aluminum clamps to main frame.
