WITCH SERIES – GGWS 1010

Witch  Series is a range of products based on the climbing function, which plays an important role in children's physical and mental development. Children's curiosity to explore has been emphasised by using the witch theme and witch house concepts.
The graphics embroidered on the product to create the feeling of a witch's house are designed to reinforce the theme and are included with the product. When designing the house, a trapezoidal house appearance was created by using different heights.

CMRRope

CmrRope ™ je sestavljena iz 6 pramenov pocinkanih žic in jedra iz jekla ali vlaken. Vsak pramen je tesno prepleten s poliestrom, ki je s patentirano metodo pritrjen na pocinkane žice, da se ustvari trdna površina, kjer se poliester sreča z žicami. Tako je dosežena dodatna zaščita pred trenjem in vandalizmom. Površina je izjemno odporna na obrabo in UV žarke ter je tudi ognjevarna.

anticorrosion treatment are placed at junctions.These spheres are designed with integrated bedding for connecting pipes.

3 – Layer Coating

The metal parts are made of ST 37 steel with a 3-stage coating process (including sandblasting and primer). The sandblasting, solvent-free zinc primer coating, and electrostatic powder coating provide corrosion resistance under extreme weather conditions and UV exposure.

Single-casing aluminum cast connectors are compressed with 300 tons to avoid moving and premature wear. “E (end stop) connector’’ is shapely
and pleasant to grip with no sharp angles or
edges. These connectors are fastened to main
frame either to welded flanges on main frame or
with “C” aluminum clamps to main frame.
